Services

During our first discussions, I will take the time to fully understand your wishes and aspirations. This essential step will allow me to visualize the ideal wedding you imagine and lay the foundations for a successful collaboration.

Project Design

Based on the information gathered during our conversations, I will present an initial detailed proposal for your event, along with a preliminary budget. This document will be the first step toward creating your unique day.

Phone and Email Assistance

From the moment we sign our contract, you will benefit from ongoing support by phone and email throughout the entire planning process, up until the big day. I will be by your side to answer any questions and take care of every detail.

Guest Accommodation and Hotel Reservation Management

I handle the coordination of your guests' accommodations by providing an updated list of hotels near the venue, along with their availability. I also ensure that reservations are updated so your guests are housed in the best possible conditions.

Invitations and RSVP Management

I take care of creating, writing, and following up on the invitations, from design to sending them out. Once invitations are sent, I manage the RSVPs, special dietary requests, and any accommodation and transportation needs for each guest.

Design and Styling

Whether you have a clear vision or need my creativity, we will work together to create unique, bespoke design. I will orchestrate an elegant and harmonious ambiance, taking into account your preferences and desired aesthetics.

Selection and Meeting with Vendors

I will offer you a selection of service suppliers who will meet your expectations and budget. The quotes I present are transparent and detailed. You will have the opportunity to meet with each supplier to assess their professionalism and ensure that everything is in place before the big day. I will also organize a menu tasting and a presentation of the table centerpieces.

Event Brief

One month before your wedding, I will prepare a detailed event brief for each suppliers. This document specifies the services required, installation and dismantling schedules, and any specific venue requirements. It ensures that everything is perfectly coordinated on the day of the event.

Wedding Day Coordination

On your wedding day, two project managers from Wedding Angels will be present to coordinate the 12 to 14 hours of your day, as detailed in a precise schedule. My services include:

• Managing preparations for the bridal couple and guests at the venue;
• Coordinating guest transportation (arrivals and returns);
• Welcoming guests and managing seating for the ceremony;
• Coordinating service suppliers (caterer, floral decoration, lighting, sound system, entertainment...);
• Managing the seating plan and setting guest facilities in place (menus, place cards);
• Launching entertainment activities;
• Handling any unexpected situations.

FEES

Wedding Angels fees

Wedding Angels fees are set at

12%


of the total wedding budget, with a minimum of:

5,000 € excluding VAT

Wedding day coordination fees (depending on the number of guests)

1,500 € excluding VAT

for coordination with up to 120 guests

2,000 € excluding VAT

2,400 €

including VAT
more than 200 guests upon request

Additional coordination days:
2,100 € excluding VAT / 2,520 € including VAT per event.
Wedding Angels fees are subject to French VAT at a rate of 20%.
